Grant by Henry de Pengersyek to Ralph de Venello, smith, of a messuage in the town [burgus] of Helleston (Cornwall), situated in the street of St. Mary between the messuage of William de Pengersyek and the messuage of John Gerveis with a garden and an English acre of land in the lower enclosure of Helleston, between the acre of John de St. Nynlyna and that of the said John Gerveys, to hold of the grantor by the annual rent of 13s. 7d. for the life of the grantee, to revert at his death to the grantor and his heirs. Given at Helleston on Saturday next after the feast of St. Nicholas the Bishop, 16 Edward II.
